Cancel
We accept the cancellation of orders before the products are dispatched or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the products have been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
Return (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return of the product within 14 days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or purchase proof. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers only need to pay the shipping fee at most once (including returns). Do not charge consumers for the purchase cost of product returns.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your returned goods, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delay or omission of refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
